gnu: openmpi-5: Update to 5.0.8 and fix build with gcc-14.
gnu/packages/mpi.scm (openmpi-5): Update to 5.0.8.
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Add CFLAGS to declare warnings as
non-errors.
