gnu: python-pysam: Adjust following Python build system changes.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-pysam)[arguments]: Remove the
'#:modules' argument.
[phases]: Remove trailing #t.
{check}: Do not manually set PYTHONPATH.
