gnu: go-gopkg-in-errgo-fmt-errors: Enable tests.
* gnu/packages/golang.scm (go-gopkg-in-errgo-fmt-errors)
[arguments] <skip-build?>: Set to #t, as no go files in project's root.
[native-inputs]: Add go-gopkg-in-check-v1.
