This allows specifying the following skeleton, for example:
--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
`((".config/test.txt" ,[...])
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---
* gnu/system/shadow.scm (skeleton-directory): Create parent directory for
target.
