gnu: jami-docs: Do not build/install HTML doc.
The HTML doc contains 250 MiB of images, PDFs and even videos.
* gnu/packages/jami.scm (jami-docs) [#:phases] {build}: Remove html from
targets.
[#:install-plan]: Do not install html doc.
