gnu: nginx: Build http_xslt_module.
* gnu/packages/web.scm (nginx)[inputs]: Add libxml2 and libxslt.
[arguments]: Add "--with-http_xslt_module" to the configure flags.
Set up CFLAGS to find libxml2 headers.
