gnu: python-robotframework-datadriver: Update to 1.11.2.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-robotframework-datadriver): Update
to 1.11.2. Improve package style.
[source]: Swap to git checkout containing tests.
[build-system]: Swap to pyproject-build-system.
[phases]{skip-problematic-tests}: Add more files to skip.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools and python-wheel.
