gnu: raptor2: Update to 2.0.16; fixes build with gcc-14.
* gnu/packages/patches/raptor2-heap-overflow.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Unregister it.
* gnu/packages/rdf.scm (raptor2): Update to 2.0.16 and drop it.
