gnu: python-mypy-extensions: Update to 1.1.0.
* gnu/packages/python-check.scm (python-mypy-extensions): Update to 1.1.0.
[build-system]: Use pyproject.
[arguments] <test-backend>: Use 'unittest.
<test-flags>: Provide tests discover flag.
[native-inputs]: Add python-flit-core.
[description]: Apply fill-paragrap.
