* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-bwapy): Fix build.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments] <tests?>: No tests.
<phases>: Remove 'relax-requirements.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-wheel.
