gnu: python-sphinx-6: Skip some problematic tests.
* gnu/packages/sphinx.scm (python-sphinx-6) [arguments] <tests-flags>:
Run tests in parallel, supported upstream. Skip 10 tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest-xdist.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-docutils; add python-docutils-0.19.
