gnu: python-aws-xray-sdk: Fix build.
* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-aws-xray-sdk):
[arguments] <test-flags>: Rework skipped tests.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest-aiohttp, python-requests,
python-wheel, and python-pytest-asyncio; add python-aiohttp,
python-pytest-asyncio-0.26.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-aiohttp, python-future, and
python-urllib3; add python-requests.
