gnu: python-xlwt: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-xlwt):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Remove them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-setuptools, python-wheel.
Remove python-nose.
[description]: Improve style.
