gnu: pkg-config: Add pkg.m4 to the cross pkg-config.
Suggested by John Darrington.
* gnu/packages/pkg-config.scm (cross-pkg-config): Make
$out/share/aclocal a symlink to %PKG-CONFIG/share/aclocal.
