gnu: openmpi: Update to 1.10.1.
* gnu/packages/mpi.scm (openmpi): Update to 1.10.1.
[arguments]: Remove now-unsupported configure flags. Add
--enable-builtin-atomics. Remove development-oriented
--enable-debug.
