gnu: docker: Allow setting Shepherd dependencies in oci-container-configuration.
* gnu/services/docker.scm (oci-container-configuration)
[requirement]: New field;
(list-of-symbols): sanitize it;
(oci-container-shepherd-service): use it.
* doc/guix.texi: Document it.
