gnu: nlopt: No longer assume C++11 mode when building.
* gnu/packages/patches/nlopt_CMake-Assume-working-c-compiler-597.patch:
New file.
* gnu/local.mk: Register new patch.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (nlopt)[source]: Use it.
