gnu: python-robotframework-pabot: Update to 4.2.0.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-robotframework-pabot): Update to 4.2.0.
[build-system]: Use pyproject.
[arguments] <phases>: Use default 'check; add 'relax-requirements.
<test-flags>: Skip some problematic tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools, and python-wheel.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-natsort.
