gnu: python-vunit: Update to 5.0.0-dev.5.
* gnu/packages/fpga.scm (python-vunit): Update to 5.0.0-dev.5.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:tests> Activate.
<#:test-flags>: Run unit tests only and skip acceptance lint tests.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python.
[native-inputs]: Add nvc, python-pytest, python-setuptools,
python-setuptools-scm and python-wheel.
