[source]: Delete patches.
* gnu/packages/patches/emacs-bash-completion-preserve-exit-code.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/packages/patches/emacs-bash-completion-preserve-ps1.patch: Likewise.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): De-register them.
