gnu: python-alchemy-mock: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/databases.scm (python-alchemy-mock):
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Pass pytest options through <#:test-flags> rather than
<#:phases>.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools, python-wheel.
