gnu: libgit2: Update to 1.9.1.
* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (libgit2-1.9): Update to 1.9.1.
[source]: Add ‘libgit2-path-max.patch’.
* gnu/packages/patches/libgit2-path-max.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
