gnu: shell-functools: Update to 0.3.0-0.530e3b6.
* gnu/packages/shellutils.scm (shell-functools): Update to 0.3.0-0.530e3b6. [source]: Use the latest commit providing comparability with Python 3.11 and test fixtures. [build-system]: Use pyproject.
